What this is not

- We do not run load, penetration or compliance testing as part of the free check.
- We do not fix the defects we find — the report is yours to act on, with or without us.

Is the QA health check really free?
Yes. There is no cost, no card and no obligation to continue. It is bounded on purpose — one user journey and up to five written-up defects — so we can offer it honestly to every team that asks rather than only to large prospects.
What do I actually receive?
A written report covering one critical user journey: up to five reproducible defects with exact steps, severity and evidence, plus a short read on where your coverage looks thin and what we would test first. A named senior engineer signs it and answers questions.
How long does it take?
Three business days from the point we have working access to your live or staging environment. If access takes longer to arrange, the clock starts when we can actually reach the product.
What is not included?
It is not a full product audit, and it does not cover load, penetration or compliance testing. We report defects rather than fix them. Anything beyond one journey and five defects is a scoped engagement, which we will quote separately if you want it.
What happens after the report?
Nothing automatically. The report is yours whether or not you continue. If you do want help, the usual next step is a low-risk paid pilot on real work — not a long contract signed up front.
