Hire engineers our own recruiters have already vetted
Every candidate is sourced, scored and validated through our own recruitment products before you see a profile, so shortlisting takes days. If you need more than individual hires, we can stand up an entire capability centre and hand it over.

Hiring FAQs
How long does it take to get engineers?
Three matched profiles typically reach you within 48 hours, and a pre-vetted pod is usually productive in about 7 days. Every engineer has already been evaluated through our own platform before you see them, which is what removes the usual screening cycle.
Is this staff augmentation or a managed pod?
Both are available and they are genuinely different. Staff augmentation places engineers into your team under your management; a managed pod is outcome-owned, with a senior engineer accountable for delivery against an agreed metric.
What is a GCC build-operate-transfer?
We stand up a global capability centre in India, run it, and hand it over to you as your own entity. It is the right shape when you want a permanent offshore team rather than a project engagement, and it is stood up, run and transferred to you inside six months.
Can we interview candidates first?
Yes. You get platform scores plus an interview slot for anyone you want to meet. We send three genuinely available engineers rather than a batch of CVs to screen.
What happens if someone is not the right fit?
We replace them, and the ramp cost is ours rather than yours. The evaluation platform exists precisely so that this is rare, but the commitment stands either way.
